- If you wish to add a frame after your order has been confirmed, please reply to the confirmation email or make contac via the inquiry form.

- Suitable frame will be selected.

- The title, signature, and completion date will be inscribed on the back of the frame.

- The framed artwork will be ready to hang upon arrival.

- The framing cost ranges from 10,000 to 100,000 JPY, depending on size and type.

- Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible once the framing order is confirmed.
-The presence or absence of framing does not affect the shipping fees, except in special cases.

- The metal strap hanger and string may be removed from the artwork.
- Frames for postcards are not for sale.

I package all items with care, using cushioning materials to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic
　I use reliable carriers such as Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post to ensure safe delivery.

　For artwork shipments, the shipping service provider and the tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email for your convenience.

　Shipping costs are set at a flat rate nationwide:

　　Goods: 500 JPY

　　Painting: 1,000 JPY

　Shipping charges are applied per order, not per item.

　If you purchase both goods and painting, a flat shipping fee of 1,000 JPY will be applied.
　Orders over 20,000 JPN qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

　Here are some examples to illustrate shipping fees:

　・Purchasing 3 items of goods in one order: Shipping fee of 500 JPY.

　・Purchasing 1 item of goods and 1 piece of painting in one order: Shipping fee of 1,000 JPY.

　・Purchasing multiple items in one order with a total of 20,000 JPY or more: FREE SHIPPING.

　・Purchasing 1 item of goods and 1 piece of painting in separate orders: Shipping fees of 500 JPU and 1,000 JPY respectively.

International
　For international orders, I utilize the Express Mail Service (EMS) to ensure your items are delivered safely and promptly.
　This method is renowned for its reliability and security, offering a standard of excellence for global shipping.
　A unique tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment, allowing you to check the delivery status (tracking service).
　Shipping costs are a flat rate of 5,000 JPY.

- Reasons for the Time Required for Shipping -

All paintings at Light Atrium are created using oil painting base material and oil paints.

As an exception, some elements in gold and silver may use Liquitex.

Oil painting is a process that requires time for drying, with each layer applied only after the previous one has dried.
This technique involves carefully layering and allowing sufficient drying time between each application, ensuring the highest quality and durability of the artwork.

Allowing sufficient drying time helps avoid issues related to aging, such as peeling or craquelure.
Properly created oil paintings can last over 100 years.
I take the time necessary to ensure that I deliver high-quality works.
That is why Custom-Made and Bespoke orders may take several weeks.

Regardless of the materials used, paintings possess a unique beauty that cannot be fully captured in photographs.
The texture, warmth, and emotional depth are best experienced in person.
